"We have recently started a collaboration with @sproutdynamics who have developed flaxseed sprouts. These sprouts are what they call "cyanide-proof" as 70% of the cyanide disappears when sprouting.
The sprouts have a very small environmental impact and in comparison with salmon, the sprouts contain 5 times more omega 3 and more than twice as much omega 6....
A daily intake of 100 grams of sprouted flax seeds covers half the daily requirement of fibre according to NNR's calculations.
