Mimi Dekker, our Commercial Director, shared Nordic nutrition 🇩🇰🇸🇪 knowledge in China🇨🇳.
Mimi was invited as a speaker to the 3rd ACESF Congress on Health and Translational Research 🔬🧬⚗️ taking place in the Chinese city Zhengzhou the 7th of September.
Prior to that Mimi has also presented Sprout Dynamics at the 10th International Mayors Forum on Tourism 🌐🏖⛩️, in Zhengzhou, 3rd-6th of Sep. The Forum had about 400 participants both national, from 30 different cities in China, as well as international guests from 9 different countries.
Whereas the participants of the Health & Translational Research Congress were from China, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Kongo, the Netherlands, Sweden, Thailand and the United States. The conference was also visible online for students at the Traditional Chinese Medicine University.
Mimi's topic was: ”Investigating the Connection: Organic Food, Flax Seed and Cancer Prevention”. She explained what organic food is, why it is so important and also talked about the fact that it not only is possible to grow organic food on a larger scale on this planet, but necessary.
